Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESSING
All UK orders are are sent through Royal Mail tracked delivery, please allow 2-5 working days for your delivery to arrive. Orders are processed each working day (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and UK public holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been processed, and then another email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Unfortunately we can't offer free shipping for our International customers (we're working on it!). All orders are sent through tracked delivery, please allow 21 working days for your delivery to arrive.

RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your Maia Studio pieces, but we’re happy to accept returns if you change your mind. We have a 14 day return period, all returns must be sent back to us within 14 days from the date you received your order. Products must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all tags still attached. We aim to accept all returns where possible, but any items in unsuitable condition will be returned to sender.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To arrange a return please email us at hello@maiastudios.co.uk
When your return has been authorised, we will supply you with a confirmation number, return address details and a Returns Form which should be included in your return package. Please wait to receive all returns information from our team before sending any returns. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return and we recommend using a tracked service through your local Post Office to ensure your returns arrive with us safely. Please return the item back to us in the original packaging. Once we've received your return, please allow up to 5-8 working days to process your refund. All payments will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 working days to complete with your bank.
